Position: Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Trainer
Location: Williams Landing
Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual]
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer to deliver the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction course. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction practices and the ability to teach both theory and practical components to students.
Requirements:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Extensive industry experience in civil construction
Ability to deliver training in both classroom and practical site environments
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Availability to conduct weekend or flexible classes (if applicable)
Responsibilities:
Deliver course content according to the RTO’s curriculum
Assess students’ competency and progress
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and assessments
Ensure compliance with RTO standards and industry regulations
Remuneration:
Competitive, negotiable based on experience
Option for flat-rate payment per course or hourly pay
