Advanced Patient Care Professional

We are seeking experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team as Staff Nurses. The ideal candidates will provide comprehensive patient care, manage ward operations efficiently, and ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients.

• Patient Care Planning & Implementation:

• Develop personalized nursing care plans for assigned patients, considering their needs, preferences, and medical history.

• Conduct thorough room orientation for all new admissions.

• Complete the Nursing Assessment Guide within 30 minutes of patient admission.

• Review doctors' notes and drug charts upon admission, ensuring proper implementation of orders.

• Accurately check and record vital signs promptly and legibly.

• Assist consultants on rounds and carry out orders completely and efficiently.

• Ensure all prescribed investigations are conducted, and reports are available for doctors in a timely manner.

• Assist doctors during special procedures, dressings, and rounds.
