About the Role:

The Emory Critical Care Center is expanding its Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and actively seeks experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our distinguished team. We offer flexible shift options tailored to your lifestyle, including Daytime, Nocturnist, and Admitter roles. Full-time positions typically involve three shifts per week, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Acutely Care certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP) for Nurse Practitioner candidates.

Join Emory's Esteemed Critical Care APP Team: Become part of a vital healthcare community at Emory University Hospital's expanded CVICU. We seek experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to enhance our prestigious Critical Care APP team.
• Assist with patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Document care delivery in medical records.
• Conduct thorough patient interviews and health assessments.
• Perform physical exams and specialized procedures under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and develop treatment protocols.

Minimum Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Georgia advanced practice license and certification (ANCC or equivalent for NPs; NCCPA for PAs).
• Direct experience in high-acuity clinical settings preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
