Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation of our Work Force Planning system in an international project. As a Senior PeopleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of processes to integrate staff demographic data, position information from PeopleSoft, and historical data from a SQL Server database.Develop, test, and deliver high-quality technical solutions to meet functional specifications; produce completed and well-tested programs that adhere to industry standards;Enable workflow in certain areas of the system to streamline operations; ensure timely project schedules and report progress regularly; prepare comprehensive technical documents like technical specs, flow diagrams, ER diagrams, user manuals;Prepare CMM required documentation for project, when applicable; incorporate bank policies, procedures, and standards into project design and development;Conduct peer review on code and test cases prepared by other team members; provide weekly status reports and participate in status meetings;Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
