You have a deep expertise and understand of the fit and construction nuances in woven product categories, specifically tops, outerwear, and pants

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Technical Designer who enjoys weaving creative problem solving and data with technical accuracy to create amazing products in a dynamic, fast paced environment
You will be responsible for owning multiple product categories, managing at least one direct report, and ensuring fit and quality standards are well-executed and consistent across all styles
Leverage client feedback to establish fit consistency, determine trouble areas and implement product action plans
Develop, implement and maintain category quality, construction standards and fit blocks
Manage and develop at least one direct report and support/mentor more junior level Technical Designers

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Technical Designer who enjoys weaving creative problem solving and data with technical accuracy to create amazing products in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will be responsible for owning multiple product categories, managing at least one direct report, and ensuring fit and quality standards are well-executed and consistent across all styles.
