Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our Android applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and experience with SIP/VoIP technologies. Experience with on-premises application development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Work with SIP/VoIP protocols and libraries to integrate real-time communication features into our applications.
Develop and maintain on-premises applications, ensuring security and performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and trends.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in Android development.
Strong understanding of Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
Experience with SIP/VoIP technologies (e.g., PJSIP, Linphone, WebRTC).
Experience with on-premises application development, including server-side technologies and databases.
Familiarity with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Travelling to Client Site may be required.
