To ensure success as a Tour Host, you should be an excellent storyteller with a knack for customer service. You will conduct guided E-bike experience tours on the curated trails from premium properties. Your goal will be to show customers the rich and diverse culture and history of Goa and to provide customers with a memorable experience.
Job description
• Conduct e-bike tours on the curated trails at South Goa from premium properties.
• Educate customers and give them an experience of the rich and diverse culture, history, art architecture and cuisine of Goa.
• Interact with the guests and provide them with a memorable experience.
• Interact with customers from the properties and promote our tours.
• Take customer feedback.
• Basic e-bike maintenance.
