Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy professional to join our news channel as a PR & Advertising Manager. This is a dual-impact role: you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth by securing high-value advertisements and the primary architect of our brand’s reputation in the marketplace. The ideal candidate understands that in the news industry, credibility is our currency. You will blend sales expertise with strategic communication to ensure our channel is both profitable and prestigious.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Ad Sales Identify and pitch to potential corporate clients, government bodies, and advertising agencies to secure commercial slots. Develop creative advertising packages (on-air spots, digital banners, and sponsored segments). Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Reputation Management & PR Craft and execute PR strategies to enhance the channel's image among viewers and stakeholders. Manage relationships with press, influencers, and industry leaders to ensure positive coverage of our network. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position our channel as a leader in the industry.
3. Networking & Relationship Building Represent the channel at industry events, conferences, and social gatherings. Build a robust pipeline of long-term sponsors and brand partners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,052.23 per month
