What You’ll Be Doing: As an Advertising Executive reporting to the Advertising Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business - and nurturing valuable relationships in the Esperance region. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing targeted advertising strategies, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Your mission is to deliver solutions that help our clients succeed while driving the growth and profitability of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs to create customized advertising strategies.
Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Create high-quality advertising proposals and strategies that align with clients’ goals.
Confidently present proposals and provide expert guidance on advertising solutions.
Deliver exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve advertising strategies and drive business growth.
Identify and manage risks associated with business and revenue development.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in customer service or sales, with a preference for experience in industries like retail or hospitality.
A genuine passion for working closely with clients to deliver optimal returns on their investments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
