Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of advertising services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present, promote, and sell advertising services to existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their advertising objectives.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
Prepare reports on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the advertising or related industry.
Strong understanding of advertising services and how they benefit businesses.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
