Profile- Advertising Sales Manager

As part of the monetization team, you would be responsible for Quikr .com advertising sales efforts. This will include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital ad sales – Product –CPM/CPC/CPL
• Developing and executing strategies to drive ad sales revenue both through client and partnerships with the client’s agency.
• Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, including evaluating the potential value of each partnership for the agency.
• Negotiating and closing partnerships with clients and industry partners.
• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, including managing contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Developing and presenting proposals to potential partners.
• Tracking and reporting on the performance of partnerships, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and staying informed about new advertising technologies.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the ad sales team operates efficiently.
• Signing up volume deals with large clients and agencies
• To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
• They should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. In addition, they should have a deep understanding of the advertising industry, including the latest trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on Retail clients /CPM/CPC/CPL
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing and growing a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationships with agencies and brands
• Experience selling Ad space and Monetization and revenue growth
