About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Advice Capability coach, you’ll:
Day to day, you'll:
Coach and support advisers and representatives to deliver highquality, compliant personal and general advice that improves member outcomes.
Design and deliver targeted coaching and training programs that build advice capability, confidence and efficiency.
Provide constructive feedback to uplift advice quality, customer experience and consistency across the business.
Facilitate inductions, professional development, refresher training and Professional Year programs.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to embed continuous learning and improve advice performance.
Support a strong risk and compliance culture through monitoring, issue identification and escalation where required.

About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics or a related field.
Registered financial adviser (or eligible to be registered), having successfully completed the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam.
Proven experience within the financial advice industry, with strong technical knowledge of advice strategies and financial products.
A solid understanding of the endtoend financial advice process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Experience in coaching, training or facilitation, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing activities effectively.
High attention to detail, strong investigative skills and a riskaware mindset.
