Your New Role

As an Advice Implementation Specialist, you'll be the professional face of Aware Super Advice, providing superior service to our clients and members, and supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements.
Your core focus will be the implementation of advice, ensuring our members and clients receive top-notch service.

Your key responsibilities in this role:

Daily Administration: Coordinate and complete daily tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Client Interaction: Set realistic timeframes and expectations, and respond to client enquiries professionally
Support Financial Planners: Ensure documentation and client data are accurate, and provide additional support as needed
Client Implementation: Collaboratively support financial planners to achieve goals and targets

You have demonstrated experience in a similar role within a financial planning/para-planning environment and are committed to delivering outstanding client service to help our members and clients achieve their financial goals.

Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills
