Role Overview
We are looking for a Consultant / Advisor – Banking Partnerships Head to drive strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs, managing the full lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard bank/NBFC partners Drive partnership discussions and closure of commercials Coordinate across partner teams (business, risk, compliance, ops) Manage documentation, approvals, and onboarding processes Support product/tech integration planning with partners Ensure smooth go-live and post-launch partner management Track progress and ensure timely execution of partnership milestones
Requirements
20-40 years of experience in banking/fintech partnerships or lending ecosystem Strong understanding of bank/NBFC processes and decision-making Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience negotiating commercial and operational terms Ability to drive execution independently in a fast-paced environment
