Advisor, Communication and integration of changes

Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for driving change and engaging diverse audiences? Join our dynamic and collaborative Governance, Business Integration and Communications team! We are a dedicated group of professionals supporting the fast-paced Member and Client Relations and Direct Insurance, Personal Lines Division—home to over 2,500 employees and 200 leaders across client relations centers. As an Advisor - Communication and integration of changes, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful communication strategies that support business transformation and employee engagement. Reporting to the Manager, you will collaborate with partners coming from the VP and PVP (professionals, managers and directors) and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of initiatives across the division. More specifically, you will be required to:
Define communication objectives, scope, and expected outcomes in alignment with business priorities
Develop and execute innovative, audience-centric communication and change management strategies
Act as a champion of clarity and simplicity in messaging to ensure effective understanding by leaders and employees
Create compelling content including presentations, internal communications, intranet pages, and strategic documents
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication channels

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or change management
Experience writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences
Experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams
Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced knowledge of communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet, etc.)
