About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Advisor (Procurement) (AO5) to join the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program (BHTSP). Based in Brisbane CBD (or other TMR locations by negotiation), this role is your chance to contribute to an essential state-wide infrastructure program.
As Advisor (Procurement), you will:
Support the delivery of the BHTSP by managing procurement and contract documentation.
Assist in coordinating program delivery using financial systems and document control processes.
Provide training and guidance on the use of new or existing systems to stakeholders.
Build and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of program procedures while ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legislative standards.

What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience in compiling procurement documents and understanding contract conditions.
Strong skills in managing procurement and contract documents to ensure accuracyand compliance.
Experience in managing program delivery using financial and document control systems.
Proven ability to train and support stakeholders in the use of systems and processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, innovative, and flexible approach to achieving team objectives.
A criminal history check will be required prior to appointment.
