What would a Successful Product Owner/Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who will also take on the role of Agile Product Owner to support the development of our Credit Card Issuing Collection System. This individual will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring that our Agile teams deliver high-quality products that meet those needs. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in financial services, particularly in credit card processing, collections, and delinquent account management.

What you will need to have:

Maintain a deep understanding of delinquent account processing workflows, including but not limited to hardship, bankruptcy, and deceased accounts, to ensure comprehensive feature development.
Analyze data and system functionality to provide insights that drive improvements in the collection process, specifically focused on delinquent account handling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Credit Card Issuing Collection System.
Act as the Agile Product Owner, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication among team members.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria to support development efforts, ensuring that requirements are clear and actionable.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing collection workflows and enhancing the customer experience.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into technical specifications.
