Responsibilities:
Legal Research and Analysis
• Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to cases.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents, contracts, and other materials to assist senior attorneys in case preparation.
Case Preparation and Documentation
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Prepare case files, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately organized and readily accessible.
• Draft correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as required.
Client Interaction and Consultation
• Meet with clients to gather information, provide updates, and discuss case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Assist in advising clients on legal matters, potential outcomes, and possible risks.
Court Appearances
• Represent clients in courts under the guidance of senior attorneys, including attending hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
Case Management and Coordination
• Oversee the progress of multiple cases, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that cases are moving forward efficiently.
• Coordinate with external parties such as expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals to gather necessary information and evidence.
• Keep detailed records of all cases.
Drafting and Reviewing Legal Agreements
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for revisions or modifications to ensure that the firm’s clients are adequately protected.
