Job Description
• Need a smart person as he will be responsible for doing everything which includes drafting, negotiating , research of contracts.
• Should understand and smart enough to know court procedures , filing and keeping a track of legal matters.
• Must have exposure to SEBI , corporate /Regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for dealing with NCLT /SEBI/SAT (you may sell this to candidates as this exposure makes the role unique for them)
• A 2-3 years experienced advocate practising in corporate law is required. The work involves making listing applications to stock exchanges, drafting appeals before Securities Appellate Tribunal, mergers, and demergers, drafting SPAs, SHAs for inbound and outbound acquisitions and investments, FEMA, SEBI and other general corporate work.
