Job Description
• Primarily involved in the Firm's Indian immigration and employment law practice.
• Provide daily business advisory services to both foreign and domestic clients on various aspects of Indian immigration law.
• Draft visa-related applications for submission at Indian Consulates and Embassies.
• Assist clients with the document collection process, preparing and submitting applications to the relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and manage communication with external stakeholders such as foreign law firms, corporate clients, and individuals.
• Offer legal advice to clients and draft legal opinions on employment and immigration law matters.
• Supervise immigration work, draft support letters, complete online forms, and manage necessary registration compliance procedures.
• Opportunity for on-the-job training during the probationary period.
