Job description Seeking an Advocate for corporate/criminal cases Small software company in Jaipur seeks an Advocate. Appearances in various Courts may be required. Handling litigation ranging from suits for specific performance, declaration, injunction, Criminal Complaints and or Revenue Cases. Participating and managing in arbitration, conciliation, mediation, settlement proceedings and prosecuting the matters before various administrative officers. Maintenance of Files, Case Lists, Records etc. Documents verification and legal search. Good knowledge in Civil, Criminal, Revenue and Labour Laws.
