Roles & Responsibilities
To assist in quality drafting of various types of Petitions, Writ petition, SLP.
Coordinate with Legal Consultants/Internal teams for LAWVS.
To take Lead in finalization of various drafting work of LAWVS.
Prepare the appropriate legal documents on behalf of the firm.
Represent the firm in Disst. Courts, High Court and Supreme Court. .
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
