Objective:

As an AEM Developer, you will get to use technology to deliver amazing experiences for our clients. Being in the Online Marketing Industry, you will get an opportunity to work on projects using newer technology, while constantly learning and upgrading your skillsets.

As an AEM Developer at Rage, you'll get to:
• Be a source of expertise on various AEM projects.
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle.
• Manage the integration points between the AEM platform and various systems.
• Assist in architecture design and implementation plans for AEM projects.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on the platform.
• Manage and maintain the content deployment workflows.
• Define and rollout development standards and documentation.

Ideally, you should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 3 years of hands on experience in AEM.
• An AEM Developer/ Senior Developer Certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java Development (J2EE/JEE).
• Experience in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design.
• Experience as a lead developer or manager of a small team.
• Experience in Front End technologies – Html,css, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS,Angular JS, CSS Preprocessing, Responsive Design.
• Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Sling, JMS, JUnit, AOP, MVC, Eclipse.
• Experience and full lifecycle involvement with both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with multiple source control systems: CVS, SVN, Git.
• Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache Http, Spring tcServer, Solr, open source packages.
• Experience with web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object oriented design
