Development, testing & deployment on web content management platform.
Interactions with external product development teams.
Develop high quality software adhering to pre-defined architectural guidelines
Pitch your innovative ideas to further the success of your team
Participate in R&D, build POCs when needed

What will help you do the job well
Must-have Skills/ Characteristics
5+ years of software development experience using AEM
Proficiency in B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc.,
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for developing and managing web pages.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Experience in converting design specifications into functional web components and templates within a CMS.
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, image optimization, and code splitting.
Experience with ad integration and management, including Google Ad Manager and other advt platforms.
Experience optimizing website performance, including excellent Core Web Vitals
Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and consuming backend services and data fetching techniques.
Strong experience with JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Other Desirable Skills/ Characteristics
Develop and Deploy applications on cloud with ability to debug hosting related issues
Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel – domestic / international
Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
