About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Product Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS space and a proven track record of successfully launching and promoting new products.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS product. This includes conducting market research, creating compelling messaging and positioning, and developing targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and growth. You will also be working with the sales and marketing teams to create sales collaterals and thought leadership articles.
You will also work closely with the product development team to ensure that our product meets the needs of our target market and that it is positioned effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the product marketing strategy
2. Collaborate with the product team to understand the features and benefits of our products and translate them into compelling stories and messaging.
3. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and drives revenue.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and needs, and use this knowledge to build product positioning and messaging.
5. Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to identify what is working well and what is not and how we will differentiate ourselves
6. Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including sales deck, case studies, battle cards and demo scripts
7. Drive social media and content marketing with a focus on the right message for the right customer on the right channel at the right time.
8. Create content for webpages and landing pages
+. Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
Skills required:
1. 3-5 years of product marketing experience in a SaaS company
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to translate technical features into compelling messaging and stories
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
5. Experience with market research and competitive analysis
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
