The role requires a meticulous technician who can interpret blueprints and ensure the highest quality of work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Aerospace Technician or a similar role in the manufacturing industry (Candidates with an Auto Mechanic background and certifications will also be considered)
Demonstrated knowledge of aerospace systems and components
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with AS+100, IPC, and NASA standards
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Assemble, install, and repair aerospace systems and components following detailed instructions, blueprints, and guidelines
Perform mechanical assembly operations including bonding, staking, torqueing, and wire routing
Conduct inspections of assembly and installation operations to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments and devices
Document assembly and test procedures to ensure production activities are traceable and retrievable
Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes
Ensure compliance with AS+100, IPC, and NASA standards in all activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement activities and lean manufacturing processes

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team. Responsibilities:
1. Assemble, install, and repair aerospace systems and components following detailed instructions, blueprints, and guidelines.
