As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.
Required Skills
Provide support to the nCino user base around day-to-day activities including configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform.
Identify, diagnose and resolve end user problems in an effective, timely and courteous manner.
Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.
Assist with the institution’s data maintenance including auditing and diagnosing data integrity issues and completing bulk imports of data.
Perform intermittent application testing of new nCino releases and internal organizational changes.
Participate in future conversions and configurations planned for the Bank as part of our roadmap.
Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up to date, coordinate new users and ongoing training sessions for new employees. Assist in communicating change management for the system.
5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools
Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, and AppExchange deployments
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder and/or Salesforce certified Platform required
Proficient in nCino Loan Origination Process, nCino development and administration
Batch and real time Integration knowledge middleware solutions like Informatica or MuleSoft a major plus
Should have hands-on experience in LWC and Javascript including build Lightning Web Components to be used in Communities
Identify, enable and modify community template & Theme based on design criteria
Should have experience in Experience builder, Lightning App Builder
Should be able to develop Community applications from scratch and create profiles and assign them to appropriate users.
Preferred Skills
Good to have Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud experience
Understanding of SSO with other applications a plus
