Aesthetic Practitioner
Full job description
Aesthetic Practitioner – Elite CQC-Registered Private Health & Aesthetics Clinic
About Us
We are a CQC-regulated luxury health and aesthetics clinic where clinical governance and safety standards meet the elegance of premium private care. Our team includes leading NHS professionals, aesthetics specialists, and wellness practitioners, working together in a modern, clinically designed environment that embodies precision, professionalism, and luxury branding.
Our clients come to us with high expectations: they demand safety, advanced treatments, and a service experience that feels both personal and flawless. We deliver nothing less than perfection.
The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team. This role is only suited to practitioners who are formally qualified in aesthetics, already skilled in multiple advanced treatment areas, and motivated to continue pushing professional boundaries.
We are not seeking single-skill injectors or entry-level practitioners. We require candidates who can demonstrate competence across two or more major disciplines as a minimum, with preference given to those with three or more.
Responsibilities
Carry out meticulous consultations including full medical history, risk assessment, and personalised treatment plans.
Deliver a portfolio of advanced aesthetic and wellness services, including (but not limited to):
Injectables & Regenerative Medicine
Botulinum toxin for both aesthetic and medical indications (wrinkle reduction, hyperhidrosis, migraine, masseter/jawline slimming).
Dermal fillers for contouring, profile balancing, tear trough, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and advanced full-face rejuvenation.
Skin boosters and bio-remodellers (Profhilo, Seventy Hyal, Nucleofill, polynucleotides).
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) for face, scalp (hair restoration), and body applications.
Collagen stimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse, Ellansé).
Skin & Advanced Resurfacing
Medical-grade chemical peels (superficial, medium, and deep).
Advanced microneedling (manual and device-assisted), including RF microneedling.
Fractional resurfacing (ablative/non-ablative laser).
Cryotherapy and plasma pen techniques.
Combination therapy protocols (peel + microneedling + regenerative boosters).
Laser & Device-Based Treatments
Laser/IPL for hair reduction, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and skin rejuvenation.
Radiofrequency for skin tightening and contouring.
HIFU (ultrasound lifting and tightening).
Body sculpting and fat reduction technologies (e.g., cryolipolysis, RF contouring, EMS body toning).
Tattoo and scar reduction therapies.
Threads & Structural Lift Techniques
PDO threads for mid-face, jawline, neck, and brow lifts.
PLLA/biostimulatory threads.
Combined thread + filler protocols for structural rejuvenation.
Wellness & Integrative Therapies
IV vitamin drips and IM boosters.
Nutraceutical infusions and recovery protocols.
Hormone support and adjunctive wellness approaches (where appropriately trained).
Lifestyle and post-treatment support planning (skin health, sleep hygiene, recovery optimisation).
Provide comprehensive post-treatment aftercare and continuity of patient support.
Maintain flawless clinical records in strict alignment with CQC standards, professional codes of practice, and GDPR compliance.
Collaborate with NHS clinicians and private practitioners to ensure holistic, safe, and integrated patient pathways.
Contribute to clinic growth by:
bringing an established loyal patient base (desirable).
attracting new clients through reputation, professional standards, and service delivery.
expanding treatment offerings by staying at the cutting edge of new techniques.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Formal, recognised qualifications in aesthetics (minimum Level 4; Level 7 or equivalent strongly preferred).
Demonstrable hands-on competence in at least two major aesthetic treatment areas (injectables, laser/IPL, skin therapies, threads, IV/wellness). Candidates with three or more will be prioritised.
Evidence of additional advanced training in modern and emerging techniques (e.g., bio-remodellers, regenerative injectables, RF microneedling, polynucleotides).
Proven experience working within a CQC-regulated clinic or equivalent healthcare setting.
A track record of continuous professional development including safety training and complication management.
A loyal client following or proven reputation within aesthetics, with clear evidence of business awareness and patient retention.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and deliver a premium client experience.
A disciplined, team-driven approach: you must thrive under high expectations, collaborate with colleagues, and deliver care that is both compassionate and precise.
Non-Negotiables
This role is not for beginners.
Must hold formal qualifications in aesthetics.
Must demonstrate minimum two advanced skill sets — not just injectables.
Must have verifiable experience in regulated aesthetic or healthcare practice.
Must embody our ethos of safety, precision, and perfection.
What We Value
We demand excellence. Our clients expect perfection, and we expect every member of our team to deliver it. We value diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration. We strongly encourage applications from male practitioners and practitioners from diverse backgrounds, ensuring our clinic reflects the breadth of the clients we serve.
Join Us
This is not just another aesthetics job — it is an invitation to join one of the most modern, safe, and aspirational clinics in the region. If you are formally qualified, multi-skilled, and ready to deliver uncompromising clinical and luxury service standards while growing with us, we would be delighted to hear from you.
