Responsibilities
Perform skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs
Provide eyelash extension services and nail care treatments with precision and professionalism
Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations
Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and retail products
Upsell services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and business growth
Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations
Deliver excellent guest services by listening carefully to client preferences and providing personalized recommendations
Support retail sales efforts through effective communication of product benefits
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product benefits clearly
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and guest services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Proficiency in performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling preferred
Ability to work effectively at the front desk managing appointments and guest inquiries
Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to demonstrate product demos confidently while educating clients on skincare options
