Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtaining sign-off
• Ensures the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Terms of Reference
• Liaises with programme / project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
• Reviews business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
• Reviews feasibility studies and estimates
• Must have good knowledge of SQL and should be able to work on database.
• Responsible for defining testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the clients
• Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks
• Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
• Supports the Business Analysis Specialists/Managers on the prioritization of change requests
• Works with Business Analysis Specialists/Managers to ensure consistent implementation of processes
• Good data analysis. Should have good SQL, Excel, Access experience to perform data analysis.
• Must have experience in working requirement collection tools like JAMA.
• Collaborates with colleagues participating in other stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Identifies dependencies between software product components, between technical components, and between applications and interfaces.
• Identifies product integration verifications to be performed based on the integration sequence and relevant dependencies.
