About the Role:
We’re evolving to a Digital-First sales approach, integrating advanced digital tools and pre-sales processes to generate higher quality leads. Our telemarketing team plays a vital role in this transformation by engaging in warm-calling—connecting with prospects who have been pre-qualified through digital channels—to foster better conversations and drive increased sales conversions.
As a Customer Telemarketing Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our Digital-First sales strategy. Your focus will be on reaching out to warm leads generated through our digital pre-sales’ initiatives, building rapport, understanding customer needs, and advancing qualified prospects through the sales funnel. This role combines traditional telemarketing skills with a modern, consultative approach enabled by cutting-edge digital tools. You will be selling and servicing the needs of franchise owners/operators as well as contractors/agents delivering against business objectives.
Day to day you will be involved in:
Engage prospects with tailored conversations to identify needs and match them with our products/services.
Collaborate closely with B2B marketer and sales teams to align messaging and feedback.
Conduct calls to qualified leads sourced through digital marketing and pre-sales efforts.
Meet individual call, sales, campaign calls targets.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Continuously learn and adapt to new digital tools and sales techniques.
