Job Title : iGaming Affiliate Manager
Job Description :
We're seeking a dynamic iGaming Affiliate Manager to scale our affiliate marketing efforts within the iGaming sector. The candidate should be having successful partnerships with affiliates to promote our iGaming campaigns. The ideal candidate is well-versed in affiliate marketing strategies, particularly within the iGaming industry, and possesses the ability to cultivate and optimize affiliate relationships for maximum performance.
Responsibilities :
1. Affiliate Recruitment: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality affiliates within the iGaming space, identifying strategic partners to expand our affiliate network.
2. Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive engagement and performance.
3. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with affiliates to optimize marketing campaigns, including tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
4. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with affiliates to develop compelling promotional materials and content tailored for the iGaming audience, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as CR,ROI,AROS,CAC, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions and drive growth.
6. Compliance Oversight: Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices, providing guidance and support to affiliates on compliance requirements.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
8. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the iGaming sector, incorporating insights into affiliate marketing strategies.
Requirements :
1. Affiliate Marketing Experience: Proven track record in affiliate marketing, with a focus on the iGaming industry preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
3. Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious targets and objectives within a competitive environment.
4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
