Only candidates from Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing with an exposure of dealing with CPL, CPA, CPI campaigns on Mobile and Web will be considered.
The job is into Affiliate Marketing - Sales / Business Development & Delivery / Operations
Responsibilities:
• To acquire and keep adding new partners - Direct Advertisers, Agencies and premium networks, Publishers, Affiliates as per the annual target.
• Manage and coordinate with existing & new partners to ensure steady business.
• Set up monthly budgets as per the targets, ensure timely Billing/Invoicing, payment from the advertisers and clients and give timely validations to publishers
• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for partners, showcasing campaign performance and key metrics.
• Develop media plans to effectively promote products and services.
• Set up the campaigns and ensure execution of campaigns
• Handle escalations from partners, agencies, publishers and maintain strong communication and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and prevent escalations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3 years' experience in affiliate and performance marketing and at least > 1 year in handling sales/delivery in affiliate and performance marketing
• Should have handled both International and Domestic sales/delivery in performance marketing
• Should have existing relations with Agencies, Direct advertisers and premium networks, Publishers and affiliates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Focused, self motivated and goal-oriented
Salary: As per experience, Lucrative Incentive plan, Medical Insurance, International Trips for attending events
