Job Description
• Understand client requirements & on-board quality Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks to deliver required quality results.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day concerns. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization possibilities.
• Monitoring a campaign's performance on a regular basis; creating and sharing weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports.
• Engaging in conversation with advertisers and the demand team to better analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Grow your business month over month by estimating revenue on a monthly or quarterly basis and negotiating the terms of the agreement.
• Helping affiliates with integration.
• Troubleshooting tracking issues at publisher end.
• Keep up with affiliate marketing trends and look for new opportunities.
• Ensure current publishers keep promoting relevant offers.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience within the affiliates industry
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programs
• Good working knowledge of major analytics programs like Google Analytics, Omniture etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of attribution solutions such as Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, Kochava, etc.
• Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills ‑ including presenting and reporting
• Strong people and partnership management skills
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
