Mechanical Engineer-• Execute Preventive maintenance jobs across the plant• Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyse the reason for failures• Grievance handling of subordinates• Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines• Implement energy conservation projects• Co-ordinate with production, technical and planning department for smooth work flow• Plan and execute Improvement plans• Maintain discipline in the shop floor• Provide training to workmen• Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section / zone• Achieve profit centre norms• Spares management• Man management of maintenance crew(Ref:www.freshersworld.com,freshersworld)
