About the opportunity

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting project delivery and improving systems? NSW Health Pathology is seeking an experienced Support Officer to join our Asset Management team on a Temporary Full-Time basis. In this vital role, you will provide key administrative and operational support to ensure the successful implementation and management of AFM Online – our asset and facilities management system. You'll assist with procurement activities, manage data accuracy, generate reports, and liaise with stakeholders to support service improvement initiatives across the state.

What you'll be doing

To provide project support within the Asset Management team to support the implementation and management of AFM Online.

Demonstrated asset data base experience and the ability to run, reconcile and manipulate significant amounts of asset data.

Demonstrated experience in problem solving, conflict resolution and risk management with the ability to adapt, change and cope with changing priorities

High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with staff and key stakeholders

Demonstrated commitment to providing quality stakeholder-focused service and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace practices and procedures

Demonstrated skills in using PC based software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), SharePoint and network operations and electronic systems to complete work activities.
