House of Tinu is seeking a talented and experienced Afro & Multicultural Hair and Beauty Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be confident in working with all hair types and textures, and capable of delivering high-quality services in a busy, professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert styling services for all hair types and textures. Perform professional colour services including root tint, balayage, and highlights. Install and style hair extensions including wefts, tapes, and keratin bonds. Carry out smoothing treatments such as keratin and collagen treatments. Offer braiding, plaits, and protective styling services. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Consult with clients to recommend treatments, styles, and aftercare routines. Support junior staff or assistants when required. Promote salon products and services to clients.
Key Skills Required:
• Proven experience in afro and multicultural hair styling. Skilled in colouring techniques for all hair types. Experience with a range of hair extension methods. Confident in applying smoothing and strengthening treatments. Strong braiding, plaiting, and protective styling skills. Excellent client service and communication skills. Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment. Passionate about hair care, style, and client transformation.
Job Details:
Position: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Sale location
Working Hours: Wednesdays to Saturdays (additional days negotiable)
Salary: Based on experience + commission opportunities
