About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, diligent, and highly experienced Registered Nurse with 10+ years of experience to provide after-hours support to business operations across Residential Homes and Home Care Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing leadership in on-call clinical support, incident escalations, risk management, compliance, complaints management, and workforce coverage.
Responding to after-hours support for all clinical and non-clinical queries, workforce shortages and absentees, and incidents.
Providing professional clinical advice to the Registered Nurse (RN) in charge and employees over the phone or through electronic communication, as required.
Providing guidance and advice on medication management and next steps for resident and their authorised representative.
Requirements:
Completion of tertiary qualifications in healthcare, bachelor's degree in nursing.
Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting or aged care.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
