Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an After-Sales Service & Warranty Executive at Aircon India in Mumbai. The Executive will be responsible for managing after-sales services, handling warranty claims, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support for air conditioning systems.
???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Warranty & Service Coordination
• Receive and log customer warranty/service claims
• Verify warranty eligibility based on purchase records and product serial numbers
• Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, or service partners to process claims
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding claim status, repairs, or replacements
• Schedule and coordinate service technician visits or product pickups when required
• Maintain accurate records of claims, service logs, and resolutions
???? Spare Parts Management
• Manage inventory of spare parts – inward/outward tracking and restocking
• Process spare parts requests from service teams or customers
• Generate quotations and invoices for out-of-warranty part replacements
• Coordinate procurement of parts from suppliers/OEMs as needed
• Ensure correct parts dispatch and maintain parts usage records
???? Reporting & Support
• Generate periodic reports on claims status, service requests, and parts movement
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify recurring issues and escalate to technical/product teams
• Assist with warranty audits, returns, and documentation
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• 2–3 years experience in after-sales service, warranty handling, or spare parts coordination (preferably in electronics/HVAC/equipment)
• Familiarity with product serial tracking, service workflows, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills across customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Organized and detail-oriented, with basic MS Excel and system knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive service needs
