Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom and outdoor environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Maintain accurate records for each child as well as programming documentation
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive learning environment
- Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication
Experience:
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners
- Ability to effectively communicate and write in English
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices
