Support others when it matters most and do it from home with DCV

Location and Hours

Work from home

Rotating roster of three days on and three days off

Weekdays from 5pm – 8.30am

Weekends 24 hour Period

About the Role

We are looking for an Afterhours Advisor to be the first point of contact for support workers, clients, and families outside of standard business hours. You will provide advice, respond to urgent concerns, and ensure clear communication and continuity of care. Full training and onboarding are provided, with initial face-to-face induction in Warragul.

What You Will Bring

Knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to stay calm and respond confidently in a crisis

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
