Duties
Monitor entry points to verify identification and enforce age restrictions
Manage guest flow and prevent overcrowding within the venue
Respond promptly to any disturbances or unruly behavior, ensuring safety for everyone
Collaborate with security team and staff to uphold venue policies
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential safety hazards
Assist with emergency situations following established protocols
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns courteously and professionally
Maintain detailed incident reports when necessary
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
Background in hospitality, restaurant experience, or food industry is advantageous
Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage guest flow and responsibilities
Customer service orientation with a friendly yet firm demeanor
Familiarity with serving protocols and hospitality standards is desirable
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed
