Hourly Rate and Salary

This position offers an attractive hourly rate, ranging from $38.26 to $84.18 per hour, ensuring our care workers are compensated fairly for their skills and dedication.

Care Worker Role

We are seeking compassionate and respectful care workers to join our team, providing holistic care to clients in their homes. This involves assisting with daily living tasks, domestic support, and promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

Deliver personal and domestic care to clients

Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide companionship and socialisation to clients

Transport clients to appointments and social activities

Prepare meals and snacks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Certificate III in Aged and Disability

A valid Australian National Police check

A current first aid and CPR certificate

A driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Up-to-date vaccination against COVID-1+
