About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding market share within your designated sales portfolio with a focus on Agencies. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with clients to secure incremental revenue while also identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. You will champion the Are Media sales narrative in market, providing deep customer and media brand knowledge matched with commercial acumen across both print and digital media as it relates to Are Media’s business objectives.

Duties

The Account Manager role is responsible for achieving an individual budget that contributes to the team, state and national budgets.
It is expected that the role has some previous experience in Media sales with existing relationships with agencies.
Maintain existing market relationships to drive revenue growth through peer-to-peer relationships and educating clients on Are Media opportunities.
Seek new business relationships to create revenue prospects by pitching and communicating Are Media opportunities.
Accurately provide updates and forecast to Head of Sales and drive pipeline opportunities
Skills and experience

Previous media sales experience and knowledge of landscape with success in obtaining new clients, while retaining and growing existing clients.
Agency experience is essential
