Dear Candidate Greetings from SBI Life Insurance We have an urgent opening for Development Manager Group Retail Agency Channel Retail Agency Experience Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales 1 To recruit team of Life Mitras of very high quality and standards as per the corporate strategy 2 To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed 3 To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy 4 To train LMs with the help of L D team 5 To ensure that there are no unethical business practices by his her Life Mitras 6 To ensure that there is no anti selection against the Company and that the Company is not put to any financial loss due to poor quality of selection of lives either directly or through his her team of Life Mitras 7 To ensure high standard of quality of sales very good quality of lives to be insured and very good quality of Life Mitras 8 Adherence to Sales Quality policy of the company The Development Manager DM Group employee is responsible for the Quality of business sourced by his team as defined in the Sales Quality Policy as amended from time to time + To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations 10 To alert the Company against any adverse selection of lives Role 1 Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Life Mitras LM 2 Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance 3 Business should be of very good quality and should not be detrimental to the interests of the Company Critical competencies 1 Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations 2 Good Communication Skills 3 Good team building skills 4 Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes 5 Training and motivation ability Key Interactions 1 Customers 2 Branch Divisional Manager 3 Life Mitras 4 Operations Team 5 L D Team Measures of success 1 Achievement of sales targets and other parameters as specified by the company 2 Compliance issuance TATs 3 The Number of early claims should be very low under his group very low number of complaints alleging misspelling Unethical business practices or any other fraudulent practice in the course of discharging duty will have adverse impact on a DMs performance Regards Team HR
