Role Description
This is a role for an Agency Development Officer at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The Insurance Officer will be responsible for recruting agents, providing insurance advice, financial consulting, and excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating, training and leading team of advisors/clients, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance plans to meet advisors requirements.
Qualifications
Insurance and Finance skills
Consulting and Customer Service experience and Customer base
Strong Communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Previous experience in insurance or financial services (Not mandatory)
Leadership quality (since this is a leadership role),
