Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager - Collections Vehicle Finance located in Rajkot. The role involves managing collections related to vehicle finance on a day-to-day basis and ensuring timely and efficient recovery processes.
Qualifications
• Graduate with any stream.
• Experience in collections management and vehicle finance collections 0 BKT to WO along with the Experience of Repo/Surender and Auction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
