Job Description
• Create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients
• Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
1) Recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.
2) Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor the developmental needs of advisors in the team, providing feedback on advisor's/Sales Associates' performance.
3) Motivate the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company
4) Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team
5) Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).
