Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing insurance agents, promoting health insurance products, and maximizing sales opportunities. Additionally, the role involves training and developing agents, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
• Experience in insurance sales, agent management, and business development .
• Need bare minimum 6 months experience in sales .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of health insurance products and market trends .
• Ability to analyze data, set objectives, and drive sales performance .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
