Department: Business Associate Model – Agency Sales
Level/ Band: Assistant Manager / Manager (301 /401)
Qualification : Graduate Skills/MBA / PG
Experience: Assistant Manager - 6 years/Manager 6 – 10 years
CTC : 8.00 – 8.50 LPA
Technical Skills Required: Good Knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel
Role Summary: Strengthens distribution by identifying potential leaders and ensures compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator
Reports To: BAM / ABAM IC / BAM IC / Location Head
Geographic Area Covered: Defined Branch
Stakeholders Internal: Agency Sales Training/Branch Operations/Distribution Operations
External: BAs and Advisors
